Quotations and Estimates
- All quotations provided by the Company are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote.
- The final cost may vary based on the actual work performed, materials required, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% may be required upon acceptance of the quotation in certain cases. The Client will be notified of this requirement prior to the commencement of any work.
- The balance is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via BACS, Cash, or Transfer.
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 4% per month on the outstanding balance.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client shall provide access to the property and ensure that all necessary permissions and consents are obtained before work commences.
- The Client is responsible for any additional costs arising from changes or delays caused by the Client’s actions or failure to act.
Warranties and Liabilities
- Hilites Group Ltd warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
- The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
- Any defects in workmanship or materials must be reported to the Company within 7 days from the date of completion.
Cancellation Policy
- The Client may cancel a booking by providing written notice to the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed quote.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Hilites Group website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hilites Group Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- The use of any content from the website without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the service confidential and shall not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
Governing Law
